The breakfast was marvellous, the room was fairly quiet and terrific. It had exceptionally comfortable beds and a perfect view of the ocean and also the pool right below our deck. The location was great for us, very close to ocean. The pool was heated and the staff was very good and impeccable...
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was horrible.

My accommodation was at PH8 (penthouse 8) since we arrived at the hotel all the staff was very friendly and courteous. Miss Jessy at the reception was the first kind face who received us, PH8 is simply beautiful and has an unparalleled view. In the area of the restaurant the waiters: Lucio, Alfonso, José, Ricardo always attended us body of king, of luxury I would say, besides that they make very good team of work, their kindness is natural to part of always having the disposition to fulfill our culinary whims (I recommend widely the octopus, it is exquisite). atmosphere in the hotel is very pleasant, pools are very clean and there are various amenities almost all day, hotel is super well located and close to everything. Not only would it be my first choice when I return to Mazatlan, best choice for either pleasure or business travel. thousand thanks to the entire team at The inn Mazatlan
The sea is very rough, but it's not the hotel's fault

I didn't like the attention I got.. The stay was for my birthday, so weeks before, I contacted the hotel by mail to see how I could get support from the hotel to make that day even more special. Ana Karina Rangel (the girl who attended me in all the mails) changed my name in each of the mails. I didn't pay much attention, because she answered my questions. I didn't correct it either because I thought I was new and was learning. We closed the emails with a dinner reservation on Friday the 14th. What I didn't like anymore was that days before my arrival Karina sent me advertisements for her dinners emphasizing Friday. First displeasure, where was the attention? I told her that I already had a reservation and asked her for information about the dinner on September 15th. Normally, in other hotels, they make a dinner to celebrate that day. He told me he would check, but I had no answer from him. Personally, I got the impression that he had no idea who he was mailing to, which was an unpleasant situation. The day arrives to register, and to close details of the dinner for my birthday I asked where we will be picked up for dinner. Ana Karina offered me that they would pick us up in the lobby and take us to another of their hotels since they have a more romantic restaurant. To this question the boy who supported us with the registration sees me with a face of bewilderment (2nd. Disgust: they don't communicate among themselves, besides that I had a very bad feeling). Ok, I understand with him I didn't hold a chain mail. I give them Karina's name and they look for her by phone. Already giving her contact the receptionist tells me that if the name is correct, because she doesn't know about it. So I was already upset, I definitely don't know if it will be a first time, but if the attention and service is bad. I checked my email on my cell phone and gave it to her for confirmation. I pass Karina and answering and without the most remote idea and certainty of what I was talking about we agreed that I would confirm her of the dinner.
